Ryan, Courtenay and the DCI team have been investing in the London (and surrounding areas) real estate market for the past 3 years. During that time, we have purchased 14 rental units consisting of one duplex, and two 6-plexes. We have successfully renovated 13 of these 14 units, and on average each unit is now cash flowing $300/month.
We have also completed over 30+ flip projects and have another 8+ properties under contract at any given point. Most of our portfolio is based in London, Ontario with some properties being as far away as Sarnia, Ontario.

We find our off-market deals through strategic online marketing/branding, and traditional wholesale tactics like postcards, yellow letters, and bandit signs.
